This Privacy Policy is issued by Endurance Technology Limited ("we," "us," or "our") and governs the KiraDance application and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.

1. Overview

KiraDance is an AI-powered dance video creation tool. Users select dance video templates, upload a photo of themselves, and our AI generates a video with the user's face on the dancing body. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data.

2. Personal Information We Collect

2.1 Photographs and Face Data

We collect only the specific photos you choose to upload for video generation. We do not access your entire photo library or device camera. Uploaded photos are stored on our cloud servers solely for the purpose of generating your dance video.

Your uploaded photos may contain your face and facial features (such as eye shape, nose, mouth, jawline, skin tone, and hairstyle). We use this face data exclusively for AI-powered dance video generation — specifically, to preserve your appearance and identity in the generated video. We do not use face data for facial recognition, identity verification, advertising, or any purpose other than generating the dance video you requested. Face data is not classified or used as biometric data for identification purposes.

2.2 Account Information

When you first use the app, an anonymous account is automatically created. We collect only:

• A randomly generated unique user identifier

We do not require or collect your email address, name, or any other personal identity information to use the Service. If you have an active subscription, it can be restored on a new device through your App Store or Google Play purchase receipt.

2.3 Subscription and Purchase Information

We collect subscription status, product identifiers, and transaction records to manage your credits and subscription. Payment processing is handled by Apple (App Store) and Google (Google Play) through RevenueCat; we do not directly collect or store your payment card details.

2.4 App Usage Information

We collect analytics data to improve the Service, including:

• Screens viewed and navigation paths
• Feature usage (template selection, video generation, sharing)
• Subscription status (for personalization)
• Language preference
• App version and install/usage timestamps

2.5 Device Information

We may collect:

• Device model and operating system version
• Unique device identifiers (for push notifications)
• IP address (for approximate location and service optimization)

We do not use your photos for any purpose other than generating the video you requested.

4. How We Handle Your Photos, Face Data, and Generated Videos

• Storage: Uploaded photos and generated videos are stored on our cloud servers (Cloudflare R2), encrypted at rest.
• Retention: Generated videos are retained to allow you to access your creations. Uploaded source photos and any derived face data used for generation are automatically deleted from our servers immediately after the video generation is complete and you have downloaded the result. Typical retention of source photos is under 30 minutes.
• Deletion: You may delete your generated works at any time through the app. When you delete your account, all associated data including photos, face data, and videos will be permanently removed.
• AI Processing: Your photos are processed by the following AI service providers solely for the purpose of generating your dance video:
  • Google Gemini API: Classifies your photo to determine quality requirements and generates identity-locked reference views (front, side, and face angles) to preserve your facial features in the video.
  • fal.ai: Uses the reference views to generate the final dance video with your appearance preserved.
  Both AI providers process the data in real-time and do not retain your photos or face data after processing is complete.
• No On-Device Processing: No face detection, face recognition, or biometric analysis is performed on your device. All AI processing occurs on our secure servers.

Face Data Sharing: Your uploaded photos containing face data are shared only with Google Gemini API and fal.ai for the sole purpose of dance video generation. These providers process data in real-time under strict data processing agreements and do not retain your photos or face data after processing is complete. No face data is shared with any other third parties.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

• Service Providers: With third-party providers who perform services on our behalf (as listed above), under strict data processing agreements.
• Legal Compliance: When required by law, legal process, or government request.
• Safety: To protect the rights, property, or safety of our users or the public.
• Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to affected users.

7. Data Security

We implement commercially reasonable security measures to protect your personal information, including encryption in transit (TLS) and secure cloud infrastructure. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Data Retention

• Account data: Retained while your account is active. Deleted upon account deletion request.
• Source photos and face data: Automatically deleted from our servers immediately after video generation is complete and the result has been downloaded. Typical retention is under 30 minutes. Not retained for any other purpose.
• Generated videos: Retained until you delete them or delete your account.
• Analytics data: Retained in aggregated/anonymized form for service improvement.
• Push notification tokens: Retained while your account is active; removed upon logout or account deletion.

9. Your Rights and Choices

• Access and Deletion: You may request access to or deletion of your personal data by contacting us.
• Push Notifications: You can disable push notifications through your device settings.
• Photo Library Access: You can revoke photo library permissions through your device settings. The app does not access your device camera.
• Account Deletion: You may delete your account through the app settings, which will remove all associated data.
• Analytics Opt-out: You may limit analytics collection through your device's privacy settings.

10. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will promptly delete it. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

11. International Data Transfers

Your data may be processed and stored in locations outside your country of residence, including the United States and other jurisdictions where our service providers operate. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy within the app and updating the "Effective Date" above. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
